Employer-offered Insurance

Most people in the United States receive health insurance through their employer. There are many different health plans offered by different employers. Some employers help their employees pay their monthly premium, while other employers require that their employees cover the entire premium cost. Most employer-sponsored insurance also has a deductible. A deductible is how much of your health costs you have to pay before your insurance starts covering costs.

Through HWD, you may also qualify for the Premium Payment Program. This program may help you pay your premium for your employer-sponsored plan.
