Premium:
The monthly amount you pay for your insurance.
Copay:
The amount you have to pay a provider that is not covered by insurance.
Deductible:
The amount you have to pay at the beginning of the year before your insurance starts covering medical expenses:
Primary insurance:
The insurance plan that is responsible for paying first.
Secondary Insurance:
The insurance plan that is responsible for paying second (if applicable).
Tertiary Insurance:
The insurance plan that is responsible for paying third (if applicable).
